ISO 50001 ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Trabzon Hotel, through the establishment and operation of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System, aims to continuously improve Energy Performance, protect natural resources, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to ensure a sustainable production process. In this regard, the hotel has committed to the following actions:

The Top Management commits to providing all necessary information and resources to ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of the Energy Management System under the following headings:

• Setting goals consistent with the Energy policy with the participation of all our employees, creating actions to achieve these goals, regularly reviewing and ensuring the necessary investments are made.

• Evaluating the design and modification improvements of the facility, equipment, and systems with energy efficiency and goals to reduce energy consumption.

• Actively procuring and using energy-efficient products and services.

• Meeting the legal regulations related to energy efficiency, energy use, and energy consumption, as well as the requirements of international standards referenced by our company.

• Establishing effective communication with all stakeholders to create common values and beneficial results regarding energy management issues.

• Using appropriate resources and technologies in new operations under the energy control heading.

• Increasing energy performance values, including energy efficiency and intensity, in all processes.

• Reducing energy consumption, making continuous improvements related to energy efficiency, implementing them, and monitoring their results.
